DESCRIPTION:The Turnbull Brothers are coming back to Maitland! \nEvan and Aaron Turnbull\, 20-year-old twins from Glace Bay\, Nova Scotia\, placed 3rd in the finals of Canada’s Got Talent season two. They have been playing in small cafes and restaurants since the age of 16 and are always a local crowd favourite. Since competing on Canada’s Got Talent\, they have been playing shows all across Nova Scotia. We are fortunate to have hosted them in Maitland several times\, and now they’re returning to help us kick off the holiday season. A show you won’t want to miss!

SUMMARY:Ced Marty & Dave
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a wonderful evening of blues\, ballads\, and R&B with Halifax-based trio Ced Upshaw (guitar and vocals)\, Marty Williams (harmonica and vocals) and Dave Skinner (cajon\, percussion\, and vocals). The band members take their inspiration from the likes of Howlin’ Wolf\, Robert Johnson\, and Eric Clapton\, and\, while these artists influence them\, they cover but never copy.  Ced Marty & Dave know how to select classic songs full of heart and often soaked in grit\, which has helped them develop a loyal fan base. Winners of the Bucky Adams Memorial Award at the 2017 ECMAs\, Ced\, Dave & Marty have also been recognized by the African Nova Scotian Music Association\, winning the Rising Star award (2015) and Emerging Artist award (2011).  The engaging and entertaining bluesmen are back in the Village for a second visit\, following a standing ovation session at Big Blue on the Bay. \nTrust us\, you won’t want to miss this one!!
