Upcoming Events
Over the years, the High Tides Community Centre has played host to a wide variety of events including plays (locally written and licensed), concerts with local and provincial performers, seminars on topics related to culture, heritage and arts, the Maitland Launch Festival, which includes a parade with period dress and the launch of a replica of the W.D. Lawrence, photo exhibitions, community dinners, fundraising events, Victorian teas, wreath sales, take-out dinners and more!
We take great pride in creating experiences that not only celebrate local artists, musicians, actors, writers, and others engaged in the culture, arts and heritage field but also bring new people to the community to experience the beauty of the Village and the shore and the breadth of talent in our area.
